Looking up the site of CHA MA GU DAO (which translates into 'Ancient tea and horse trail'), I found Tea Map which offers a window into the world of tea and allows you to find the nearest Tea Emporium in the US by entering your Zip Code.
It seems they are the creation of Adagio Teas.

'Matcha' rules according to Japanese Green Tea Online

After writing about the Sasaki Green Tea Company on Serge the Concierge, I learned a few things thanks to the Japanese Green Tea Online.  Basic rule for Matcha tea, there is no rule except do not boil the water. Many rules apply if you serve it for the tea ceremony.
